Dear Resident,
Humberside Police have received reports of ongoing Anti-Social Behaviour in the area of Elm Avenue, Grimsby. Some of the reports relate to possible drug use, drug dealing and also undesirable characters loitering in the street.
Although certain Anti-Social Behaviour acts are not necessarily a crime, it can still have a big negative effect on those people who are victims of it, leaving them feeling anxious and living in fear. Anti-Social Behaviour can come in many forms, this link provides more information - here
If you are impacted by Anti-Social Behaviour, then we encourage you to report it to Humberside Police as soon as possible. You can do this on the non-emergency number 101 or on the Humberside Police website - here. If it is an emergency, use 999.
